New publications by GRISS' researchers

The latest issue of the Observatorio jounal (OBS*), edited by Obercom is now available online. It includes a paper by Belén Monclús and Miguel Vicente: "The influence of Infotainment in the Role of TV Newscasts’ Main Characters" . The text focuses on the role played by the main characters of broadcasted news, as they are a key part of any newscast.

Observatorio (OBS*) e-journal is an interdisciplinary academic publication in the field of Communication Studies, which accepts and publishes texts written in Portuguese, Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Italian, French and English. Its formula of Open Access allows authors to have the maximum of public exposition of their work, thus we encourage readers and authors to register and submit their work for upcoming issues.

Also, the Web Portal de la Comunicacion (INCOM-UAB) has published in the section "Lessons of the portal" the article by José Luis Valero "Algunas consideraciones sobre la infografía digital", which reflects on the relevance of infography in the digital media.
